RENT A SERVER FROM OUR COMPANY
1 - If you rent a server from us on a per month plan, keep in mind that subscription will last only a month.
2 - After payment, you will receive an email within 24 hours that contains all details including:
a - Web Portal Username and password.
b - In per month plan we do not share with customer IPMI and KVM access of server on any condition.
3 - Payment once received, is not refundable. We will only return payments if the customer's server is not working fine during the subscription period. (In this condition our technical team checks and evaluates the server. Within 24 hours, our support team may replace your server or your server location).
4 - If you face any issues during the subscription period, then you need to email our technical team Email: (noc(at)sippyswitch.co) or join us on our official skype ID : (noc(at)sippyswitch.co). After we have received your email, our technical team will join you on Skype, TeamViewer or Any Desk ID within 24 hours.
5 - During the entire period of subscription, our technical team will be available to answer all types of questions related to Sippy Switch that how to configure Sippy Switch in the demo server. However, our technical team does not provide you any type of configuration on your live server.
6 - 24 hours prior to the expiry of your server, you need to pay the rent for your next subscription and inform us about it. If payment is not received before the expiry date, we will shut off your server and your database will be deleted in 24 hours.

8 - We don't allow any sort of illegal activities on our hosted servers. In such case we will terminate the server without any notice
1 - In INSTALLATION plan we install Sippy Switch to client’s server, demo available on this link.(FOR INSTALLATION, IPMI and KVM access of client’s server required)
2 - Once the client sends us server details with IPMI and KVM access the team examines the server compatibility for the installation of Sippy Switch. That process takes 1 to 5 hours in working days.
3 - After evaluation, the client needs to make payment through this link (https://support.sippyswitch.co). Or through our official bank accounts. Information regarding bank accounts can be collected from our Email (noc(at)sippyswitch.co) or skype ID.
4 - Once payment confirmation is received from the finance department, you will receive an email within 24 hours which will contain all the details including:
a - Web Portal Username and password.
b - KVM and IPMI access .
5 - Payment is nonrefundable. However, the team will be available to help in case of any technical complications for initial 15 working days. In case the client’s server does not work perfectly, Sippy Switch will be uninstalled from your previous server and licensing shall be shifted to the new server. Additional charges might incur for reinstalling it to the new server
6 - Within 15 working days If you face any issues, you can contact our technical team on our official skype ID :(noc(at)sippyswitch.co) OR Email: (noc(at)sippyswitch.co).After your request via email, our technical team will join you on Skype, TeamViewer or Any Desk ID within 24 hours.
7 - Within first 15 working days, our technical team will be available to answer all types of questions related to Sippy Switch that how to configure Sippy Switch in the demo server. However, our technical team does not provide you any type of configuration on your live server.
